Timothy has over 22 years experience in the electric utility power industry with a strong background in the communication and IT fields and their relationship with environmental compliance. He has designed, implemented and maintained numerous data acquisition systems and communication networks that have dealt with 40 CFR 75, Part 60, and ambient air monitoring. Timothy has also designed and supported complex computer networks and implemented communication interfaces between plant distributive controls and emission monitoring systems. Timothy founded Quality Data Systems, Inc in 2001. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA). Timothy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
